·         Labor & Material schedules

·         Subcontract schedules

·         Long lead items

·         Manpower requirements planning

III. Using Microsoft Project – 3 hours

·         Primary MS Project functions

·         Creating & time sequencing the planning activities

·         Creating milestones & milestone schedules

·         Mapping MS Project into PERT-PAC

IV.  Global Defaults – 2 hours

•         Assign global defaults to be used for creating work orders and material requirements

V.   Assigning work orders to planning activities – 2 hours

VI. Defining work order bills of material (pallet requirements) – 3 hours

VII. Reports – 1 hour

VIII. Managing the Project – 2 hours
